HEADLINE no correspondance
I took out cellular contract in Des 12, when Jan 13 came i noticed that there was no debit order for the instalment, i phoned Vodacom and was informed my banking details was captured incorrectly, i then, upon my own time and effort went to the relevant branch and re send my contract to the accounts department again, no correction was made up until now. I did ask vodacom if i can make arrangements with them to pay the outstanding instalments as i do agree this is my responsibility, but i will not pay any interest on the account as its not my fault that they captured my banking details incorrect.
Im still waiting for somebody to send me confirmation about the amount that i need to pay and arrangements to be made.

Now vodacom gave me over to attorneys without my knowledge or to even warm me. I feel totally blind sided by them as i was the one who tried to make arrangements and to send my informtion trough before things got out of hand.

I was waiting for them to correspond with me about paying the account on a monthly basis but not the interest that accumulated due to their incompetence.
