Once again Vodacom FAILS!! Worst cellphone company

After my last complaint about Vodacom letting my account run into R1000's of rands in the UAE, and not allowing me to make payment arrangements to pay my outstanding amount over 6 months, after this was promised in the first place, they have cut my lines.

With vodacom trying to take the full amount off my account every month, and me having to pay the penalties to reverse those massive payments, vodacom has let my account fall even further in arrears!! Last week I paid R5000 on my account and planned to pay more money into that account as when I can afford it.

Now Vodacom just cut of my lines demanding that I have to pay R5500 extra to get my lines active again!! How on 's green earth does a normal person like myself afford to do this on a basic income?? I am still R7000 in arrears according to them, but its their fault in the first place to let me get even further behind!!

How do I generate income without my phone?

I have been a loyal vodacom subscriber with expensive contracts, 3 of them to be precise, fir many years now. This is the first time I have fallen behind, only because of the massive amount!!

Think twice before supporting Vodacom!!
