Do not make use of vodacom

I made arrangements to pay my cell every month after the 15th as I only get my salary on the 15th. Some months after payment is made and proof of payment is emailed and faxed to Vodacom they still soft lock my cell. Well today is simply the best my cell gets soft locked on the 14th one day before I was suppose to pay my bill I call the call centre they just say sorry they cant help call back in the morning but don't worry you are due for 2 upgrades with that we can assist but to unlock your lines sorry. I have to delay my work with one day to sort out Vodacom when I explained that to Lowiso in the call centre the only reply sorry we cannot help call back in the morning. all that I can say is MTN see you soon I am sure you will appreciate the amount of money I spent with Vodacom will move my 2 upgrades to MTN THE OTHER 5 LINES WILL FOLLOW VODACOM MY CONTACT DETAIL
