HIGHLY overcharged! VERY bad service & incomptency

Our average bill has been under R2000 for all 3 lines. Oct last year we get a 087 nr phone call from "Vodacom", 2 days after that, bill shoots up to over R5500, 2 days, sms, now R7800! 2 days, over R11000!!! So in days its up, WITHOUT CALLS OR ANYTHING, TO OVER R11 000!!! We phone, get told it was for data charges! We ask for details on where we supposedly were for such an amount, STILL WAITING TODAY! We get told to pay or its court! The account is on my father in laws name, 81 years old, so i pay R5700, make arrangements for the rest, or its him in court. In Dec, now all lines are locked, AFTER arrangements were made! We paid in Jan, as arranged, R8500. Now they DELETE our lines! We ask who did it, sorry, they dont know! Finally lines are activated, we upgrade, lines are deleted AGAIN! AFTER WE pay for new simcards, lines are back. We pay for Jan, R1700, more than was needed, now today, were smsd that were in arrears for that amount! Now they say reference nr given to me BY VODACOM was wrong!! Last night Vodacom phones for insurance, we decline, we now have 3 data packages, BBM (for a samsung S3!) & insurance! An extra R480 each, which WE now HAVE to pay! Whats next?! Im going to ALL the papers now!!!
