Pathetic customer service for repairs

My Samsung S3 was booked in for repair at the Vodacom Shop N1 City on the 20/10. My cellphone is covered by Voda insurance and was booked in for repairs to physical damage this was also confirmed by the voda staff MARC.
Two days later I received 3 SMS's all 3 reflected different amounts for repairs and the request to respond APPROVE/DECLINE. I approved them all.
On the 29th I received another SMS to say the job was declined and should contact the Vodacom Repairs tygervalley branch, which I did and was told that my handset wasn't insured and was being sent back to the N1 City branch. I received another SMS at 1pm to say the phone is ready for collection at N1 City.
I called N1 City they said they will send it back as soon as it arrived in store as it was definitely covered. Its now the 11th Ive had no feedback regarding my repairs.

I called today and spoke to MARC and he advised me that they were not aware that the phone was received and that it would be resent to Tygervalley today.

That is disgusting customer service all I got was an oops it was a store error. I will never insure any of my 4 other handsets/ipad/Notebook
