Line still soft locked

My account was in areas during the month of December which was due to be debited beginning of January, I promised Vodacom that I will make payment on the 24th of January, in which I did. They unlocked my one line the day I called them to make payment arrangements, which I do appreciate, but my other line remained closed until I had made the payment. Now it is almost a week later after I had made payment, my secondary line is still soft locked. The 2nd issue is when I checked my invoice for January, it is showing that I owe Vodacom R2900, and when I ask the customer center why that amount, I am told it is because I did not settle my account, but I have already settled my December on the 24th of January, to top things off when my debit order goes off beginning of February, they will take the whole R2900 after I had already paid off the account. I have been displeased with Vodacom for the past 3 months, I can no longer continue with Vodacom, all they want is to milk me dry then provide me with a bad service. Please advice me how to terminate both my contracts with immediate effect. I can no longer go without food because of such day light
