Due to personal reasons I am unable to pay my vodacom account this month. I called vodacom to make arrangements (this was last week already). Yesterday my phone got cut off, not sure why if i made arrangements.
This morning (09:59) i called vodacom regarding this issue. The lady whom i spoke to was extreamely rude. She told me that even if i made arrangements it is not to say that i am going to keep to my arrangements, i asked her what is the use for me making thew arrangement then... she started to scream and swear at me, becuase i should know that the arrangement is only an acknowledgement of giuld... i am shocked and actually without words!!! Something like this has never happened to me, and this when i am actually the customer, unbelievable!!!
Untill now i do not know why my account is suspended, i find this type of service and attitude breath taking!!!
Once these contract are finished i will not use vodacom again... this is the pits!!!
