We have been with Vodacom for years, our average account used to be between R1000 and R1500.00. One month we received a bill of R7000.00. I queried and requested a detailed account of this amount months ago. I am still waiting. In the meantime Vodacom has cancelled our lines, and reported me at the credit bureau. If you go to any Vodashop, they say they are unable to help, we must phone the call centre. Phoning the contact centre is a waste of time. After refusing to pay that huge invoice without proof from Vodacom, they cancelled our lines and and charged us cancellation fees. For months we have had absolutely NO response from Vodacom. Now I ask: What more do I need to do to get a detailed account from Vodacom??? I have spoken to supervisors, client consultants etc!
