Vodacom allowed an upgrade on my account without my consent. This was clearly an inside Job as no one knows the person who allegedly and illegally got hold of all my account details listed on Vodacom's servers. 2ndly, Vodacom does not keep to an agreement made with a client and feels they can do what they want once you sign a contract. My account settlement arrangement was agreed to be done over 4 months and the account paid of and deleted. Without my knowledge they activated the account and charged me for a further 4 months and telling me after 6 months that I owe them money all of the sudden. I then asked them to go back to the recording of the arrangement made. This goes on for 3 months, and only to tell me, there was no recording made. Only an arrangement to settle the outstanding amount. So I then told them, to settle the current outstanding amount over 5 months debit orders to have this resolved. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW, VODACOM DECIDES TO PUSH THROUGH 3 DEBIT ORDERS FOR THE TOTAL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IN 1 DAY, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, I called vodacom and asked them why they did it, they could not find such a request. Vodacom is a Bull company.
