I have two separate problems:
1.Last year April 2013 when we upgraded my son and I both got a phone. both the phones started giving troubles later the year!! mine went in for repairs came back worked for a month and then not anymore. I BOUGH CASH another phone and used that till my phone could go in unfortunately it got! my son I couldn't buy another phone went to store no loan phone for MONTHS at east rand mall I still gave them my details they were going to call me neither east gate or east rand mall had phones. Months went by phone got worse... I BOUGHT ANOTHER phone CASH!!! Phone went to east gate there 4 3 weeks or even more cant remember comes back NOT FIXED!!! Okay took phone to East Rand Mall - 2 MONTHS phone there we go there - PHONE NOT FIXED??? Seriously??? If I cancel the contract I have a penalty to pay due to me receiving a device??? BUT NOW WHO IS GIVING me a DEVICE??? A Broken DEVICE I am have a two year contract which INCLUDES THE DEVICE??? BUT NO DEVICE
2.I have a medical aid - medical insurance - One Plan - I call them to get authorisation for everything I need - CELL C does NOT allow you to dial that number - not from a "closed" contract not from a
