I handed in my laptop at East Rand Mall branch for repairs after I went to the shop twice and they could not load it on their system finally on the 23 when I went back to the shop and the guy that assisting me could not load it on the system when his college showed him how the load a device on the system which just showed that he never received the full training on the system. After a month I called to check the progress and still nothing was done only on the 14.10.2013 I received a quote of R9000 plus to fixed the line on the Lenovo B575 the laptop couse half the price and I rejected the quote, I have been trying to trace where the laptop is and no one can say, EAST RAND MALL say it is at East Gate and Andre at East gate say he never received any laptop, so why must I continues paying for a device that auto page has lost, it is good that my contract is ending because even at these stage I do not want an upgrade.
