I ordered a Samsung S4 and got the phone on contract. After the phone was delivered by a MTN subcontracted courier I experienced problems where the phone does not pick up or read the sim card. I took the phone to East Rand Mall and was told the device was faulty.
I was then advised that I had to personally take the phone to a service center and it will be fixed. I am livid by the fact that I was supplied with a faulty device and have not used it yet and MTN does not want to replace it!
I find this appalling service and am disgusted in the manner MTN deals with their customers. They still have not made a plan to replace or fix this broken device, subsequently it has now been 2 weeks that I have had to be without a phone. I have been following up and no one from MTN has contacted me once to try and rectify this mistake.
This is not the first encounter by MTN and I sure am considering cancelling all my contracts and dealings with MTN!
Seriously upset!!!
