Shocking customer service

I upgraded my phone in Dec/Jan @ the Vodacom store in the East Rand Mall -Boksburg, only to find that the phone would frequently be offline and out of range and no matter what I did I just never could get signal on my new Samsung S3 Lte device. I found this a bit strange and went back on a number of occasions and was told it was because Lte and 4G had not yet been launched in S.A. I was told that if anything went wrong with my phone that within 5 days my phone would be replaced and I was reassured that the S3 was a fantastic phone and that they could guarantee me that there was nothing wrong with my phone. Well what a lie. I have had problems ever since and had my phone sent in to vodacare and sat without a phone while they "fix" the problem. Only to find all they do is update the software. It is now 6 months down the line line and VODACOM has still not managed to fix my phone and I have to travel to the vodacom shop on a weekly basis! And to my disappointment nothing has been fixed! I handed my phone in to the VODACOM shop over a month ago. They don't call, they don't check with the clients and they have appalling service and I have absolutely NO IDEA WHERE MY PHONE IS!!!
