On the 9 October I took out a data contract with a Samsung galaxy tab. The next day i found it was not activated. A few days later, still not. I was then told I must come and collect a new sim and that the original one was never activated. I did so and everything worked fine until 2 weeks after that I suddenly get another sms saying another card has been activated. This is constituted as as I gave no permission for this to be done. To do I have been battling with the store to resolve and cancel the last one as now i am being billed for 2 cards and I had to pay the once off connection fee which was debited from my account twice. I went to canal walk last night and spoke to Steven and he says he has been in contact with the Aquasitions department at Vodacom but he says his hands are tied and he no longer knows what he must do. So now its a thing where they are saying its no longer the stores problem but Vodacom customer cares and vise versa. I would like this resolved today as this has been going on for too long. I want all the extra monies reversed and off my bill and the second card cancelled immediately.
