Blackberry 9900 Saver 3 "No Value for Money"

I am currently subscribed under a contract of Blackberry 9900 and Internet Promo 5 with 8ta, well I have serious problems with my blackberry device. I have actually changed my device 3 times ever since my contract has been effective since 26 June 2012.

1. I had a problem with charger and battery the device constantly restart by it's self.

2 I had a problem with my screen as it didn't show text while it is on and made phone calls on its own.

3 now I am experiencing a problem with keypad, audio & the device keeps on restarting by itself.

I went to the store at East Gate to report my issue on the 1st of March 2013, Brenda advised that I book the phone in for repairs from her side she will escalate the matter. I have been calling in at the store to find out about the recent updates since they don't call me. This Morning 13-03-2013 I spoke to Brenda over the phone she say's the people who suppose to make a decision in this regard are not replying to the E-Mail that she sent and she is busy trying to call them and they don't answer their phones as well.

On my side I sent a complaint to 8ta through their website, No Reply
