Eporting a faulty handset

I upgraded my cell phone and renewed my contract, I choose a BlackBerry Z10, at first I couldn't do certain things on the phone and found out the software was outdated, my phone switched off by itself as well, and hoped that the software upgrade will help, it did for the operation of the phone, but not the switching off. I phoned the Cell C shop in the East Rand mall, and requested to book the phone in, but requested a loan phone as I use it for business, I cannot take any phone as the new smartphones take a micro some, but I do not have a extra phone. On the 3rd July I logged a call and complaint with the Cell C call Centre, and they too said no loan phones are available, and then asked for a replacement, that can't be done either, all is standard policy, I asked for the complaint to be escalated and require feedback in 24 hours, today is the 9th July, I have not been yet contacted at all. I've been with Cell C long enough to have renewed my contract the 3rd time now, and get service like this! I'm serouisly thinking of changing networks
