My blackberry phone got damaged and i took it to altech autopage east rand mall for repairs, that was in ocktober 2012. First i was told that the insurance wasnt upgraded when i upgraded my contract, and that i had to pay an additional R3000-00 for the repair of the phone. I was not going to do that and then they offered me a less expensive phone. Im now without a phone for the past 5 months but till paying my contract as im suppose to do. Now for 5 monthss im paying for something that i dont have. I sick of their stories, as they say that the phone have been send to another branch and they are waiting for the phone to be send back to them. this to me is just not acceptable. This is the WORST service that i have ever experienced. When my contract with Altech autopage runs out i will not ever do business with them ever again.
