I took a contract from MTN and since taking the contract I have had endless problems with the device. The first time I took my phone in for repairs they gave me a brand new device which proved to be a faulty device from the get go. It switches off and reboots while I am on a call. The phone as been in twice now for repairs and the problem has still not been solved. I picked up the device on the 15/08/2013 and not even a week later it starts troubling me. How is it possible that both the phones given to me have the same problem. It really is disturbing to know that while I am on a call that the phone can switch off and takes almost 5 minutes to start up again, in an emergency situation thats a lifetime. They refuse to give me a brand new device firstly because it falls out of the 6 month repair policy and secondly the device apparently can be fixed! I have my contract now for One year and two months and already the phone has gone for one assessment (two weeks) and thereafter I was given a new phone which has gone in for repairs twice, each time for three weeks and all this while I am paying for services I am not using. And my phone is still not fixed!
