Edgars are a rip off company that goes ripping off customers money. I purchased a phone (Samsung) in December 2009, took the insurance and have been paying ever since until my phone was in July 2012, i then blacklisted the handset with MTN and was provided the following ITC ref 2465200. i contacted the insurance number and was told that they cannot replace my phone. I left it at that until last week when i received a statement from the insurance, when i realised the insurance continued deducting my money until last week, when i told them that i reported the phone last year already and that my phone was not replaced, i was told that they cannot help me besides cancelling the insurance only. so that means i have been paying for services which i never received any good out of it and never received the phone. that is not customer service. i want a refund of my money that i have been paying for nearly another year now for sweet nothing.
