I called on 23/9 to report connectivity problems with my internet. I had to call, email and complain countless times but my internet was still not working almost 6 weeks later. I spoke to managers who were less than helpful, let alone apologetic. We incurred huge costs as a result of having to use our phone's data, not to mention the massage inconvenience of trying to run our business without internet. We eventually sought private assistance as we were getting absolutely nowhere with 8ta's pathetic support team. I want a refund for the month of October, as 8ta did not provide me with the 10G I pay for.
