Saturday 2 Nov - I got a sms from Vodacom saying my upgrade was processed - i immediately phoned Vodacom
cause I didn't even request an upgrade. REF NO. I GOT ; T6Q30-0CVK3. Monday I phoned to follow up and was told - TO WAIT!!! Today I phoned Vodacom again and they tell me -" I phoned Vodacom on Saturday and request the upgrade." I told the guy its not true to witch he respond - we will investigate but YOU will be liable for all chargers!!!??? I told them on Saturday there was something going on, NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR STUFF UP??? THEY REFUSING TO SEND ME ANY PROOF OF THIS "SO CALLED UPGRADE" - WHY??? IS VODACOM UPGRADING CUSTOMERS PHONES RANDOMLY???
