I received the phone on the 30th of April i was informed i need to wait 24 hours before i can use the phone 3 days later it still was not working i called in again for the 3rd time and got told the same story. a week later still had no service to which i called in again and asked for the phone to picked up and to cancel the contract ref number (1305070000072338) nothing happened and the phone was not picked up so i had to call in again and ask for the phone to be collected reference number (1305150000014011) i was informed that the contract will be able to be canceled as i had not used to phone and was in the grace period. reference for the phone to picked up (1305150000024277). on the 17th of may the phone was picked up i called in on the 22nd of may to confirm that cell c has received the phone which they had and the agent informed me that she will send it though for them to cancel the contract. Money was taken off my account to my surprise on the 29th of May i called the call centre again and after waiting 35 minutes and been transferred from pillar to post i was informed that it has not been cancelled and i owe R8000. last person i spoke to was Jorod Govindsamy from retentions.
