No Feedback after Phone Call, Unauth debits

My second complaint dont know how to respond on the previous one. I received a phone call from Mxolisa on the 01/11/2013 regarding the extra amount they deducted form my account after canceling the BBM services on the 24th of June already. He confirmed that he can see a note and that i did indeed cancelled the BBM services and a refund will be made to me.

He said in the reply on Hello Peter that i will receive feedback yesterday 04/11/2013 but nothing yet!!! He also confirmed that in Aug they took off R330.00 and they already refunded me a amount of R50.00 and R50.00 back in my account. I pulled a bank statement and its not refunded!!!

Please see below and phone me with a refund date for the below.

July - deducted R271.00, need to refund me R100.00
Aug - deducted R330.00, need to refund me R159.00
Sept - deducted R212.00, need to refund me R41.00
Oct - deducted R271.00, need to refund me R100.00
TOTAL: R400.00

I only agreed for a amount of R171.00 to be deducted from my account the day i took the contract out!!!
