My name is Xola August and I have a complaint with regards to the deductions made on my payslip. I had two policies with metropolitan and I cancelled them both. my policy number for the first one is 41615078523, it has deducted whereas I cancelled the policy and they refunded me. I would like to be refunded back my money because I had already cancelled this policy. I don't understand now why its deducting whereas I cancelled.
The second policy is policy number 4179615873 which was deducting R400 and then went up to R459. I cancelled this policy in May (on the 17th of May) to be exact and I received an sms saying they will refund me for the month of May and they still deducted in June. I went to the branch and they cancelled and they said they will refund me and they refunded R459 only and the R400 for the month of May when I cancelled the policy was never refunded.
I would like to be refunded immediately, I no longer wish to continue the services with Metropolitan.
