Triple deductions on my bank account

I have a Beares account which is financed by African Bank. My account is in arreas as I had financial problems and I told the consultants taht when they would call me. Mid February I called the call centre, spoke to a lady called Kgomotso. Told herv that from now on I will be able to pay R1 200 until I have sorted out my finances. I was shocked when end of Feb R1 200, R1 109.70 and R1 109.70 were deducted from my account. I called again, a guy named Lungile Mtshali told me to email [Email Removed] my bank statement and I will get a refund but only R1 109.70 was refunded, when I called they told me the other amount was for January. I called again Mid March, wanting to make sure that they bwill only deduct once R1 200 and not triple like the previous month. 27 March R1200 was deducted, 28 March R1200 and R1109.70 were deducted. I called and Thabang Mogotsi said I should email my bank statement [Email Removed] and I will get a refund. Yesterday I only received R1 109.70. The 2nd R1 200 has not been refunded. I made arrangements to pay my account but now African Bank is just going into my account and deducting and I want a refund and debit order cancelled!!!
