FNB USELESS ASSISTANCE

I had a loan with FNB that was settled, they deducted the monthly installment in error at the end of November, which was confirmed by the loan department, I phoned in countless times to request the refund, eventually when they did refund me, they paid the amount in twice, they then deducted the one amount which was correct. Then yesterday they deducted the same amount a second time. So I was refunded twice and they deducted the amount twice. I spoke to a woman in a different department "Phuti Somo" this morning, she was no help at all and basically did nothing to sort out my query. I have been passed from one person to another and no one has bothered to assist me. When I was at the actual bank at Checkers Hyper I spoke to them and asked them to assist me regarding my refund, all they did was phone the department, handed the phone to me, I had to speak to them. Once again no one could give a dam to help at all. I am so fed-up with the other stinking attitudes that I have had. I have been with FNB for years and this year I have had none stop issues with them!! They are supposed to be such a fantastic bank, well I beg to differ. If this is not sorted out, I will go elsewhere!!!
