I signed a contract with Virgen Mobile for R150.00pm. After a few months the premium went up to R171.00pm without notifying me. In Dec 2012 I phoned in added the BBM services for a R100.00 extra a month that make my premium R271.00pm. In JUNE 2013 I phone in more the 2 time and cancelled my BBM services. They consultant confirmed that threes a 1month cancelation so 1st of Aug I will be paying R171.00pm again. Aug come and they deducted more than R330.00 form my account without notifying me and after I cancelled the BBM service. Phoned it more than 3 time to correct with no success in getting a reason or my money back. Sept deducted R271.00 again. I phoned in today spoke to Kabelo Ref 2970869 and he confirmed my debit will be R271.00 again. Said the BBM service is not cancelled will send request to cancel today!!! Can't go back to the notes where I cancelled the BBM in June already and cant assist me in getting all my money back. This is my last straw if no response I will take this to my Lawyer to short out. Virgen Mobile needs to refund me!!! I'm premium is R171.00 so they need to refund me Aug, Sep and for Oct that they deducting today. Its over R400!!! I Want my money!!!
