Horrible Service

I have been waiting for Tshepo to send me an email confirming what he had said over the phone, that the bill they sent to their lawyers was incorrect, the cancellation fee has now been taken off and he was waiting for a report from Prudence. It's been over a month now, trying to clear my name and settle this matter.

I have been leaving messages for him to call me back, so has my attorney; Tshepo simply does not care. This exercise is proving to be costly even though it's quite a simple thing.

Two weeks or so ago, he sent me a statement (which I've never received before) saying I owe them over R6000.00, but the emails from their lawyers say I owe R2800.00.
