This is a complaint from November 2012. I cancelled my contract for the end of September. Cell C billed me for a number of Itemised billing in October but on my final statement acknowledged they owe me a refund of R34.99. I have made numerous requests from Cell C to refund my money, however they have blatantly ignored the request, refused to contact me. Then they state I cannot get a refund because I used the Sim. Did anyone at Cell C read the response, there was no airtime on the sim. It was a charge that they deducted that they acknowledged they should have deducted because they never delivered the service. It is a simple refund.
