We bought data from 8ta from our Nedbank account in December 2013 and in some way or the other the transaction has never been processed by Nedbank. I have phoned Nedbank and they assured me that the money will be refunded. A couple of days after the discussion the same amount has been deducted yet again. I contacted them twice after the incident and informed them that the amount should have been refunded but was deducted again, and it is almost a month later with still no feedback and no refund.
