They have no idea whats going on

I bought a Samsung ATIV in May 2013. It is very nice device and was working perfectly until early August 2013. The tablet was not starting up and could not be rebooted as I did not receive any software with the tablet when I purchased it. I took it back to Chatz and they told me that I have to take the tablet to Rectron for repairs as they are the official repair company for Samsung in SA.

They had the tablet for two weeks and after that time they came back to me and informed me that the tablet cannot be repaired and must be replaced by the supplier. Samsung gave me a letter whereby this was confirmed and so I took it back to Chatz for an exchange. They then took the tablet and sent it for repairs, I did not understand this as Samsung already confirmed that the tablet cannot be repaired and must be exchanged.

I do not know where the tablet was sent but 4 weeks later it came back and it was working just fine except for the version of Windows 8 that was loaded, was not activated, the product key was missing. I then took it back to Chatz and they took the tablet in again to have this rectified. This was now 2 weeks ago and this morning I enquired with no success.
