I have been harrased for the past month by Cell C for outstanding payments I have no knowledge of. The 1st call was about over R500 which they rectified and apologised and said it was not mine but someone else's. They called again and said I owe. I sent all my proof of payments more than once and asked that they confirm they received them. They confirmed and said that my account is up to date. I have it in writting. I got another call this morning to say I owe R48 and its going to the lawyers. Does a good abiding citizen like me really need this bull?? If I owed R48 in July why not tell me about it then, instead tell me over mail that my account is up to date?? I really have had it with Cell C. I cannot wait for this contract to elaps. I do not recommend anyone to go with Cell C. I cannot be harrased and not told of an old payment in due course. When I ask for you to check you still come back and tell me all is in order, but I receive a harrassing call again to tell me the opposite!!! You are busy painting my name and I always pay my dues. What the hel is R48, ha? To be painted for with ITC? Why not take it from the money I have been paying since August till today? R48 ARREARS???
