I decided that the Tablet & Samsung Galaxy Pocket phone contract deal looked like a good and thus signed up for the Smartlight contract in December 2012.

I have been using the Samsung Pocket phone and after struggling with it, non stop, I requested Vodacom to change my package as I don't like the phone and it doesnt work like I wanted. Vodacom just said sorry, they cannot do anything for me except send in the phone for repair. I have to charge the phone x2 a day, it just goes off for no reason and then I struggle to turn it on again. It also loses reception after which i must reboot it again.

I will return the Pocket Phone AND Tablet and take something else but I do not WANT another/repaired Samsung Pocket Phone, it is useless!!! How am I supposed to pay 2 years for a contract which is totally useless???
