Flippen bad Service

My tablet felt on on the floor and the screen was broken, i send it in for repair because its insured by autopage because i pay every month for it. i gave it in on the 5 th of january 2013, since then i didnt received my tablet back. i phone several times to ask autopage where is my tablet and everytime i must phone back because they will not phone back. then the shock came when autopage tell me the tablet is for only R3000 insured but its worth more than R7000, the consultant put the wrong insurance on. When i sorted that out they tell me they dont insure anymore tablets but they charge me every single month and didnt get a notification for that. they said they will help me with a other tablet but a smaller one and i must still pay in, it was fine with me but now its almost another 6 weeks after that and still i dont have a tablet and phone every single day and every single day they come up with another excuse. im so fedup with autopage and i tell every one i know please dont buy from autopage because you dont get any respons from them. Very, very, very bad service from the top right threw the staff. after my contract im gonna stop everything and move to someone else.
