Mtn
Misleading information

On 8 Oct, I walked into Hemingways MTN store as I was due for an upgrade. I opted for a Samsung Tablet 10.1 as I didn't need the freezing of a Blackberry. I explained that I still needed to access my email on the road. Farid advised me that the tablet had boomed as part of the contract. We looked at options of my access to emails on the BB, the best was to have an extra 1G of data on prepaid.. That would enable me to get emails on the BB at no extra cost as it was to be a dual something-something. This gave me 1.5GB per month in addition to the ADSL database each month. I rushed home to fetch the Sim card of the 1GB contract I have with MTN, he cut it to micro size. The following few days I took pics on my Swaziland tour, Whilst there the tablet was not helpful. The following Friday, I learnt at the MTN repair centre that I had to lose all the memories as faizet had failed to upgrade the software before selling me the phone. Since that day of upgrading, I have never received one email. I visited MTN MetIife Plaza, PE where Lillian told me that I will never receive email as I need BIS and must pay R59plm..
WOhone? nothy was I so grossly misled? Why was the software upgrade not
