Simcard from voice to data

I visited the Mtn store at Cresta mall (close to Pick n Pay) as I was due for an upgrade. I requested my upgrade to be the Samsung Tablet and Linda Moyo told me that it would take two days for me to receive my tablet as my simcard had to changed from voice to data. It's more than a week and I still haven't received my tablet and I've been contacting the MTN support centre and they say that there are certain documents that are incomplete and they have been sending him emails but he hasn't responded to any of them. I went to the store yesterday and he told me that everything on his side is completed correctly and was trying to get ahold of the person who sent him that email from the contact centre but was unsuccessful. This is really an inconvenience for me and I'm quite disappointed at the service that I've received. Linda has not bothered to be in contact and atleast update me on the progress..
