I have been charged over R 1000 a month and my phone has been off for the past 2 months. I wouldnt mind if SOMEBODY could tell me why? Every time I speak to a consultant, they give me a different story - train your staff to understand the process's because it seems none of them really understand your procedures. It is literally impossible to get a statement, I have tried numerous times and promised an email and then told they dont email? Its a mess. I have asked 3 TIMES to be cut off at a certain amount and this has failed every month, apparently. For such a reputable company, this is unacceptable and I will never use Vodacom again.
