Well, where do I start... on the 11th of September 2013 I did an upgrade online with Autopage Direct... Was so impressed got the Tablet a few days after that - THEN my problems started the tablet kept showing no service - emergency calls only - so after alot of phone calls and after complaining on Hello Peter Autopage figured out the Sim card is Faulty... got a new one... waited 3 days before it was activated.. so by now Im all excited to start using my tablet, right? WRONG!!! the Tablet was on charge shows fully charged so I unplug it and it does not want to switch on- long story short the Tablet was faulty i had it returned my complain is that after MORE THAN A MONTH i still sit with NO TABLET but a nicely new bill - so after phoning Altech they tell me I MUST pay the bill, WHY must i pay for something i had no joy of??? PLEASE ALTECH cancel my upgrade and credit my account please before Friday 25/10/2013 why must i pay for this upgrade and new bill etc... if i had not one days worth of anything out of this upgrade Will my airtime and sms's thats was forfitted for September be given back to me???
