Where is my SAMSUNG Tablet 10.1 MTN?

I took my SAMSUNG Tablet for repairs at MTN Kollanade two months ago. MTN Kollanade then sent it to MTN Repair Centre, the tablet did not want to switch on. 0n 28 August 2013 i received an sms asking me to either accept or reject a quote of R725.20 for a battery replacement. I was told over and above the battery issue the tablet software needed to be replaced. I did pay the R725.20 same day via EFT into an ABSA account given to me. Sometime in September i called MTN Repair Centre to check on the progress of my tablet and was told it was delivered to MTN Kollanade on 30 August 2013 but MTN Kollanade says they never received it. MTN Kollanade contact MTN Repair Centre and it was established that Tablet was dispatched but never delivered to Kollanade. Can someone please find my tablet and deliver it to MTN Kollonade so that i can collect it? I have spent two months without using my Tablet while paying on monthly basis, what is MTN going to do about this, will they refund me? Two months for a tablet to be repaired that's definetely not proper. I am dissapointed in MTN.
