CONTRACT UPGRADE

I recently made an Upgrade via MTN Direct Call centre and what a Mess. The phone and Tablet were delivered to me and the tablet does not read a Sim. I phoned them and was advised to take it to Centurion MTN Centre for assessment. A collection number was then issued to me BUT they requested the Phone as well because it was bought as a Combo (Samsung S4 and Tablet 10.1). It has been 3 weeks without a Tablet and one week without a phone. I do followups daily and I am told Ameel (Consultant at MTN Direct) will call me but in vain and I was also told he is on leave and the Supervisor will call me and no one phoned back. This has affected by business badly and I am loosing clients and thanks to MTN Direct. Both the Phone and Tablet were handed to Centurion MTN and they also cannot assist further because the Upgrade was not done with them and they also waiting for Ameel (MTN Direct Rep). I am FED UP with this and maybe I must take my business elsewhere after having a Contract for over 16 years. My cell number 083 298 0500
