Since the 26th of September I have been trying to get delivery of my hand set. Firstly the phone I wanted is discontinued (but still advertised across the country and on the internet today) and then after deciding to change the handset on the 3rd of October, I am still waiting for delivery.
I cannot understand why one has to complain to get a response from Vodacom. Why cant they just delivery on the promises that they make, instead of providing their clients with such miserable service.
