Went to upgrade my current contract (phone) to a MacBook Data contract.
They said it would take 5-7 workdays at the longest.
It is now 3 weeks later and my phone has been off since then, because they are busy "upgrading".
Also, it seems that all the MacBook stock in the whole of Gauteng is either faulty or out of stock.
I have to phone them every day and still no solution.
How long should I still wait? Don't offer a product that is not available.
