SHOCKED ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED

After waiting for a MacBook Pro to become available at MTN Direct for two months I was excited to hear that they do have it in stock... I call in today and am told that they have the MacBook but not the modem that comes with the MacBook... they will only have the modem in 3-4 weeks which means I must wait another month I am also told they can not send the pc to me and the laptop later on it has to be all at once...

I call in 30 mins later to see if I can maybe get lucky with another agent... I am told that they do not have MacBook available...

Honestly is this the kind of service we are getting from MTN... I've always thought that MTN was first class in South Africa but after this I don't see myself applying or even upgrading.

How does someone wait 3 months for stock???
