Been waiting exactly one month for delivery of my phone and still they expect me to wait. I was promised/guaranteed on Thursday that the parcel will be sent out to the couriers on Friday and i will receive my phone by Monday or Tuesday for the latest and i was prepared to wait till then. today (monday) im told a different story and must its expected from me to wait longer.. Unaceptable and bad bad bad service from Virgin Mobile... Think i need to cancel the whole application one time!
