Firstly after having my contract renewal date moved 3 times, I've spent most of the week trying to get through to MTN to process my upgrade! After being put through no less than 8 people and spending over 25min on the phone, the consultant tells me that he can't process my upgrade to a MacBook because they don't do that as of last week!!! What the??? When I received the packages I could upgrade to that wasn't communicated to me?!?!? And such unhelpful attitudes! I want to cancel this contract immediately, please give me the settlement fee - don't waste my time unless you can offer me the MacBook. I can easily get this package anywhere else! After 4 years of being with MTN I'm disgusted at this runaround!
