I recently applied for a macbook pro contract that was advertised on yello booklet. I applied on the 14th and have been waiting ever since. The funny part is that I saw it on the booklet that said 1 - 15 March but to my surprise it was also there on the 16 - 1 April booklet. My question is how do offer contract for something you do not have.
I tried going to the MTN shop to get exactly what is happening but the answer I got was always "we will call you". I only found out it was out of stock by contacting mtn through twitter and it seems that didn't help because i was promised that I would have an answer by last week but it seems the answer went on holiday with everyone else. Honesty would have helped solve this a long time ago.
