After hunting fruitless for a specific phone, (advertise everywhere on the internet), and every one tell me it is no longer available I decide to phone the upgrade department directly and try to get the phone I want for my current upgrade. Currently I was on a top up 135 and the phones on offer was totally to say the least. Having had 2 HTC phones in the past and want another one I decide on the HTC Desire X, (not on offer for the Top up 135. So I down grade to a more package just to get a HTC Desire X. Getting through to the upgrade department I asked them I want to upgrade, BUT FIRST... confirm that they have stock of the HTC Desire X. The sales lady told me it is no problem they do have stock. That was on Saturday 13 April. During the conversation (witch were recorded, but would take one of an effort to retrieve to make the point that they confirmed the stock), the lady asked me about 3 times if it was the HTC Desire X I want. Every time I confirmed.
Having waited more than a week now for delivery, I phoned today (24/04) to ask an update on the order, I was told OUT OF STOCK.
WHAT!!! A week ago when I upgrade THERE WAS STOCK, WHERE IS MY PHONE? Tjaart
