UPGRADE - COMPLAINT

I spoke to cell c 084145 on the 9th May to upgrade to Samsung S 4 and they said they will phone me as soon as they have stock, so they phoned me on the 10th May and told me they have stock and I can upgrade and my phone will be delivered in 5-7working days, by Friday I phoned them because I still have not received my phone and since I upgrade can't use my contract I had on the blackberry because they changed it to the new samsing contract, what they tell me is that I am on back order and they don't have stock yet so I told them I want to cancel the contract and will go to a cell c store and do the upgrade, they said some-one will phone me to cancel but they have stock today and will deliver Monday or Tuesdayt. When I phoned them today the 21st they said they are still waiting for stock and I told them to cancel the upgrade and now this will take another 72hours and then the phone just got cut off. I can't use my phone for 2weeks now because it's on the new contract, they need to solve this and the worst is no no cell c store has stock to assist me.
