So I ordered a phone through vodacom, I was advised delivery will be on Monday. I was patient enough to wait till Tuesday but now RAM couriers is giving me the run around, I have been told my parcel is in Pretoria since 8am and when I follow up I get the same story. It is now 4pm after having called to confirm my address twice, because I have to be present at time of delivery I have put aside all other arrangements. Should I not receive the parcel today please be advised that Vodacom who gives the business to RAM will losing a customer...
