FRAUDELNT UPGRADE

So its been more that a week, I have not heard from Vodacom about the ugrade that was made in my name in another provice that I never been in. When I email there Risk & department I just get an automated reply stating that they will see to me between 2-5working days. So its been a week an I just get more responsis and new refference numbers. What do I do. As the store consultant here in Cape town can't help me as. Is there a head office in Cape Town?
